Return and Refund Policy
No Right of Withdrawal for Custom Products
All comics created by MeComic are custom-made products tailored entirely to your personal specifications, including characters, story, and style. As such, they are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to standard consumer goods. This means that once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable.
Our Commitment to Quality
While all sales are final, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering a product that meets your original specifications and stand behind the quality of our work.
Revisions
Every order includes one (1) free revision after you have received your digital comic draft. If you would like adjustments made, simply reach out to us with your specific requests and we will revise the comic accordingly.
Errors and Defects
If your completed comic contains logical errors in the story or significant visual inaccuracies that clearly deviate from your original brief, we will review your case and offer one of the following resolutions:
- An additional revision to correct the identified errors, or
- Store credit toward a future order as a goodwill gesture.
Please note that this does not apply to subjective preferences or changes to the original brief made after production has started.
